About Sarah

Sarah qualified as a Naturopath in 1993, before completing a Bachelor of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Chiropractic from the University RMIT in Melbourne, Australia. 

Further postgraduate studies have seen Sarah complete a Sports Medicine Certificate from Auckland University, and Musculoskeletal Certificate from Otago University, plus many papers about posture and its effects.

In 2022, Sarah commenced study with Dr. Lyftogt to enable her to use Perineural Injection Therapy (PIT), which allows her to treat a wide range of painful conditions. 

She has attended several courses and has enjoyed a number of one on one training opportunities with both Dr. Lyftogt and Dr. Hellemans.

Areas of clinical interest include chronic pain, sciatica, migraine and tendinopathy.
